Services at Musgrove ENT Surgery Center
Services Provided
We provide all aspects of the care encompassed by the specialty of Otolaryngology. Head and Surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, otology, and diseases of the oral cavity, nose and paranasal sinuses. We also care for disorders of the thyroid/parathyroid and have a complete audiology division, which includes audiology testing, special testing, and hearing aid services.
Telephone Calls
The office will be glad to answer any questions regarding your condition, medication, and treatment. Our staff is trained to ask and answer pertinent questions. If you need to talk to the doctor personally, your calls will be returned as soon as the schedule permits. If your call pertains to your medications, please have your pharmacy telephone number available. Telephone calls after hours and on weekends will be forwarded to our voice mail, giving you the opportunity to page the physician on call when a true medical emergency exists.
Office Hours and Appointments
The office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm; Tuesday from 9am to 8pm, and some Saturdays from 8:30 to 12 noon. All visits are by appointment and can be scheduled by calling 301-989-2300. We realize that your time is valuable and try our very best to stay on schedule. We ask you to assist us by being on time for your appointment. Please cancel 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment so your appointment time will be available for other patients. Occasionally emergencies may require our office to reschedule you appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible when this occurs.
